The price of a finished Quadro house in Frumsen, including the cost of the property, is about CHF 550'000.
Depending on the lot, the type and size of the house selected, prices may vary slightly.

Frumsen is located between Sax and Sennwald in the Rhein Valley. Buchs, Sargans and St. Gall are large towns in the surrounding area.
The countryside around Frumsen offers a lot of possibilities for leisure activities. Near Frumsen, you can go skiing, biking, jogging, and skating, and you are close to the Rhine to enjoy a relaxing walk along the river.
There are also adventure routes and hiking trails leading up the Alpstock mountain, as well as interesting historical sights, such as for example the ruins of the Hohensax castle.

The entire property will be divided into 10 lots, each with about 500 m². The homes will be arranged in two rows, and Quadro housetypes with 4 1/2 to 6 1/2 rooms each will be built on these generously sized lots.
