  ABC-System

In an AIB house, all walls, floors, stairways etc. are concrete (solid construction, monolithic structure). Since the entire building is made of the same material, the construction is flawless, more stable and more durable.
All lines and conduits are inserted before the concrete is poured into the walls and floors, so the walls need not be broken for routing the pipes, and the building’s structure is not weakened.

Inside the house non-structural plasterboard walls allow full interior flexibility.

A heat exchanger enables the cold air streaming into the house to be heated by the warm air streaming out of the house. There is a constant flow of fresh air without heat loss.
The ventilation system includes a filter that stops pollen, which is especially valuable for people with a tendency to allergies.

All walls are built using the ABC-System which insulates both sides of the walls, resulting in considerable savings on heating cost and an excellent indoor environment.

This type of insulation, combined with concrete as building material, is the basis of the longstanding service life and the high quality of our buildings.

Heating

  Photovoltaics

  Electrcity within the house
The heating is carbon neutral, because we use geothermal pumps in combination with wood-pellet heating.   All electricity is produced by the environment-friendly photovoltaics installation integrated in every house.

All devices and lamps used in the house are most modern and environment-friendly to save as much electricity as possible.
